In furtherance of the strategic resolutions of the recently concluded ECOBA International Retreat held in Kigali, Rwanda, East Africa, in March 2026—particularly Goal 1: Career Development and Mentorship Systems, which seeks to establish structured platforms connecting experienced professionals with younger alumni for mentorship, career guidance, skills development, and professional advancement—I am delighted to share some encouraging news with the NEC.
I am pleased to inform you that, through the kind intervention and visionary leadership of our dynamic and progressive President, Engr. Greg U. Ogbeifun, President of ECOBA Worldwide and Group Chairman of Starzs Investment Company Limited (SICL), I have been offered employment with Starzs Gas Limited (SGL) at its CNG Mother Station, Utorogu, Delta State, as the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Officer.
This appointment represents the practical implementation of the career development and mentorship vision of ECOBA, and I am deeply honoured and grateful to be the first beneficiary of this laudable initiative.
On behalf of the Chairman of ECOBA Warri Branch, Enie Otrofanowei, Esq., the Executive Committee, and the entire members of the Branch, I sincerely express our profound appreciation to Mr. President for this remarkable opportunity. It is our earnest hope that many more deserving ECOBITES across the globe will benefit from this impactful initiative in the years ahead.
I remain sincerely grateful for this rare privilege to become a member of the Starzs family. I assure the Association of my commitment to justify this confidence through diligence, professionalism, and excellence in service.
Thank you all, and may God continue to bless ECOBA Worldwide.
